they say good communication skills can get you to break walls and build bridges. communication involves two parties. if one side refused to listen, refused to understand, refused to cooperate, refused to try putting himself/herself into the shoe, how can good communication exists? how to break walls and build bridges? we can't clap with just one hand. when that happens, sometimes some would choose to give in, and obey what the other party wished. right, that seems to solve the conflict, from the physical outlook. but deep inside, both sides are not truthfully satisfied. the peace will not stay for long, conflicts will arise again sooner or later. ...
